Jobs was here on time yay! In my spring tune-up poor Joby had to crawl through the attic and check my system. Luckily I did not need any new filters; mine were still clean yay! Then he checked the outside units and he cleaned them and told me how dirty they were. It was a pleasure.

Our HVAC replacement started with a technical evaluation and quote process with Letti. After multiple discussions and feedback, we decided to replace our old system with a furnace and heat pump condenser. This critical part of the process was handled efficiently and knowledgeably. The install crew of Ely, Erwin, and Logan, led by Alex, completed the installation, test, and cleanup in one day and did an excellent job. We are also having them pull the permits and complete the required HERS testing, making the job go quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use them again.

Our AC unit wasn’t blowing cold air. Joby showed up within the time frame and was very friendly. He even handled our very excitable lab, Bailey, with ease. He diagnosed the issue, explaining to me each step, and fixed the problem quickly. Then he double-checked each of the vents inside to ensure everything was working properly. He even hosed off the unit before he left, which was very nice!

From start to finish, fantastic service. When we were evaluating HVAC options, Letti Anderson truly listened to our priorities, concerns, and questions. Then she asked a lot of questions to ensure we were totally calibrated on priorities and that she understood all the constraints we needed to navigate (e.g., HOA architectural guidelines). In the process of doing her diligence, Letti helped us identify a hidden (inside our existing air return) issue caused by a previous homeowner's remodel. Letti walked us through the pros and cons of our options and gave us unvarnished but technically well-grounded trade-offs to consider as we made our decision. Then, she pulled in Jake, who mapped out a great solution for replacing our 40+ year old under-house ductwork, providing us with the ability to damper the airflow to within our home, as well as fixing our air return issue. Then, when it came time to remove our old and install our new HVAC setup, West Coast A/C sent us a fabulous crew. Alex, Aaron, and Eli worked tirelessly while keeping us informed of how things were progressing. They sustained the same great two-way communication Letti started this project with, explaining alternatives for every key decision point (e.g., where/how to route the evaporator drain lines) and listening to what we felt was most important (safety, functionality, and aesthetics, in that order) and executed flawlessly. And they brought a caring vibe to their work. We truly lucked out with such a great crew!

Our technician, Jimmy, was able to diagnose the issue in less than five minutes and was able to order the part and return within a few days to install it. He could not have been more friendly, professional, and competent. It was also wonderful to find out that the part was under warranty, so we only had to pay for the labor installation. Great service. I truly feel like West Coast Air has changed our lives! Our home has never felt heated/temperature controlled like the way it does now. The difference is WILD. We had a hunch there were issues with our ducts, and when their team came out to inspect, they took the time to walk us through everything. They gave us a thorough and honest explanation of how our furnace was operating and even recommended that we keep using it until it runs its course—something we really appreciated for its transparency. When Joby checked out our attic, he shared a ton of detailed photos that clearly showed how our ductwork was in bad shape—disconnected in multiple places and really just falling apart. We decided to have all of the ductwork removed and replaced, and I’m so glad we did. Erwin and Sal handled the demo and install with such speed and care. They were kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They even helped us find the perfect spot for an additional vent we’d been wanting. And I can’t say enough about Letti—she was amazing. She answered every question I had with such patience and kindness, and honestly helped support me emotionally through the entire decision-making process. Thanks to her, I felt confident we were doing the right thing for our home and our family. Thank you, West Coast Air, for your professionalism, kindness, and above-and-beyond service. Had West Coast Air Conditioning come out and check our AC due to a mildew smell. Jimmy was our technician, and he came and diagnosed what was going on. The company got back to me within a few hours with a quote and a scheduled time later in the week to do the work. They show you before and after photos and take their time to explain what is going on and the work needed to be done. Will use them again and will recommend to friends and neighbors.
