Emergency service is provided to our customers 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

• We give top priority to computer/clean rooms.
• We offer 2-4 hour turnaround to some clients
• When you call for after hour support, make sure you tell us if it is an emergency or not
• Over-time rates apply

All customer repairs are monitored by a computerized record keeping system, and our prompt response to all calls is possible through our extensive radio dispatch network.

Additionally, our administrative office is staffed with professionals dedicated to coordinating the flow of information from our customers and materials suppliers to our field personnel.
